Accounting Clarity is run by Samuel Horton (ABN 57 392 282 859). This page explains what we collect when you register your interest, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your first name and email address.
• Whether you are a business owner, an accountant or bookkeeper, or something else.
• The page or campaign that referred you, if any.

Why we collect it

To tell you when founding memberships open, and to send occasional updates about Accounting Clarity that you can unsubscribe from at any time. Knowing whether you run a business or work in accounting helps us shape the curriculum.

How we store it

Your details are stored on a server we control, in Australia, and in the email platform we use to contact you. We never sell or rent your information, and we only share it with providers who help us run the service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to see, correct or delete your details, by contacting CONTACT_EMAIL. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
